  RIP-OFF ALERT!My wife bought tickets through ***** for the ******* at ******* as a thoughtful surprise. Come to find out they charge double the price of other ticket providers while only included driving range access and a trophy photo. They refuse to issue a refund. Horrible experience.

  Just received my ************************************************ package passes in the mail. Today is 2/16/2023 and the event was last October. Would've been nice to have these prior to the event, rather than 4 months afterward. SMH

  I have looked into the above complaint and our records show that the package was delivered and signed for on 10/13/2022. Our organization has not shipped out anything for past events, so unless there was a delay on the part of ***** I am not sure what occurred. Either way we certainly apologize for any delay in credentials. I see no record that **************** did not attend the auction, and we have no correspondence with **************** indicating that there was an issue to address. I am happy to speak with **************** further on this incident if he so desires.

  QuintEvents runs Formula 1 Experience, which uses Refundable.me for its travel insurance. Refundable.me is a complete and total fraud - it does not abide by their own terms and conditions and it is basically run by bots. Many emails, trivial questions repeated, beyond the scope of terms and conditions. Formula 1 Experience takes no responsibility, even though they contract with Refundable.me - they say it is a third party vendor. True, but F1 Experience SOLD that package to us. QuintEvents needs to take some responsibility for all of this and force Refundable.me to abide by the contract. They are abetting Refundable.me's business practices by refusing to intervene and continuing to use them. Until this is resolved, stay away from F1 Experience, QuintEvents, and certainly any time you see Refundable.me.

  The review is from one of our customers.  As they indicate, Refundable.me is managed by a third party company.  F1 Experiences does not have any vision to the claim process or decisions made by Refundable.me.  There is an appeal process that F1 Experiences can initiate on behalf of the customer.  We have done so for ****************** as of today, Friday, July 22.  As is often the case with claims, Refundable.me asks for additional information.  This appears to be what is occurring here.  My understanding is that Refundable.me has asked ****************** to provide documentation to confirm elements within their claim.  The claim has not yet been adjudicated, so I am unclear as to why ****************** is providing a negative review prior to the situation being resolved one way or the other.
