  This guy is respectful and professional.... as he lies right to your face. I bought a brand new home from a 3rd party seller, but the house was built by ***** Hodge, owner of Hodge Consulting. We had to hire our own AC people TWICE. The first time his guys no-showed us like 5x and the second time ***** refused to answer calls/texts. ***** went straight to a full mailbox, so I suspect he had is blocked. We had to hire outside plumbers to find out that the water heater was purging water was because an integral valve that is mandated by code wasn't ever installed. He did fix that. My ceiling leaked due to improperly installed drainage from AC in the attic. He fixed the leak but I'm left with a cracked and sagging ceiling and it's been that way for MONTHS. He has promised to fix it, then ghosted me. He's promised more than once to fix a pipe that permanently damaged a vanity. It was present at move in. I had to fix that too. He lost all the keys except the ones to the front door. He promised to change the locks. He never did. He habitually ghosts me for weeks and months at a time. On the off chance I finally get him, he makes promises and then doesn't show up or even tell me he's not coming. Our dream home has become a nightmare and ***** doesn't care at all. Talking to the neighbors, the building of the house which would normally take 6 months ***, took 3 years. I would would not reccomend this company to anyone who wants quality work, a communicative builder, or someone with trustworthy subcontractors.

  Beware of Hodges Consulting - A Nightmare General Contractor My experience with Hodges Consulting as our General Contractor was nothing short of a nightmare. I hired them to oversee the construction of our new home, expecting a smooth and efficient process. Instead, we were left in a financial and legal mess that nearly resulted in a property ******** of the most significant issues we encountered was Hodges Consulting's mishandling of funds. We entrusted them with our hard-earned money to pay third-party consultants and cover various project expenses. Shockingly, they failed to fulfill this basic responsibility. Instead, they misappropriated the funds, leaving us in a precarious position.As a result of their financial mismanagement, we found ourselves facing the threat of a property lien. To make matters worse, we had to pull funds from our line of credit with the bank to rectify their errors. This decision came with significant penalty costs and the added burden of taking out additional money to cover expenses we believed were already paid for.In summary, our experience with Hodges Consulting was a disaster. Their failure to handle funds responsibly and fulfill their contractual obligations left us financially strained and deeply frustrated. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to stay away and seek a more reliable and trustworthy general contractor. Our experience with Hodges Consulting serves as a cautionary tale of the potential consequences of their incompetence and negligence.

  Beware, my company paid this contractor to do renovation however he collected our funds, started the jobs then tell us he has over extended himself on his commercial jobs. The project is left undone and he has not returned any calls. We have loss of revenue due to his negligence.
