    The Lightcast team has been wonderful to work with and I've been able to share their services with another new user who is equally pleased and excited with Lightcast services. The staff is professional, patient, and respectful, even with those of us who are not as proficient with technology. Lightcast offers continuous opportunities to expand the growth of their users and encourages our creativity. Technical support is available when needed and they are real people as opposed to bots.     I am extremely pleased with Lightcast and happy that I made the choice to go in this direction. From the very beginning, Lightcast has provided excellent service. Everytime I have a question about something or an issue comes up, I contact them and the wonderful team support and asssistance is superb! Additionally, I am glad that I can talk to actual people. You can set up appointments with technnical support who take the time to make sure I received the assistance needed.
