      Our Town of **************** hired Sealand ********************** to build the Streetscapes in our downtown. They have taken so long to complete this 3-block construction project. ******* built an entire corporation building in less time it took Sealand to build the streetscapes. Sealand had maybe 4 guys working per day and started late around 10:AM, which is pretty late for a construction crew to start. Some residents said they had more workers on a small build on their homes in the area than Sealand had working on the downtown project.Even though they are working so slow, the workmanship is not good. The new curbs are chipped up from the workers driving equipment over them as they continue to working on other parts. The curbs are uneven and crooked. I have pictures of all the bad concrete work they have completed. The concrete work looks like an armature finished it.About the design, they have the large plastic boxes, and a lot of them, right in the middle of the brick patterns that are supposed to be decorative. They do not know how to make the sidewalks pretty. The design was pretty bad from the beginning, but the execution of the design with not paying attention to the details of the design are really bad.If I were a city planning board, I would not hire Sealand after seeing this projects progress and really bad workmanship.
