      Truist Bank (*************** **) Was Giving my Money AWAY $ ******** TO DISGRACEFUL- LYING AUTO-MECHANIC . I DISPUTE THE CHARGE WITH THE BANK ==WITH EVIDENCES but all was ignored!!! WHERE IS THEY (AUTO-MECHANIC SERVICE MAN informed me on the RECEIPT ---They can't do the *** because it was DONE by the DEALERSHIP WITHIN THE WARRANTY PERIOT " THIS IS NOT the way TREAT THE LONG TIME CLIENT== TRUIST-FRAUD ASSISTANCE CENTER!!! SO THE TRUIST BANK RECEICE 1 STAR FOR CHEATING ME OUT AS A SENIOR -CITIZEN .

      I live in *********************. I sold my car .seller gave me the money and I paid off the car loan. 7 days ago. I asked for a proff that I paid off the loan so I can obtain an e title to give the seller, but Truist bank informed me that I should call after 14 days and ask for a letter indicating that the loan was paid off ******** took their money and closed my account why holding an acknowledgement that I paid the loan and keep my buyer waiting . Can't reach any higher official at the bank to help.

      I received a letter from Truist saying my monthly payment was going up over $300/mo because the ********************* was added to my account over a year ago. That created a payment deficiency that I have to make up for, even though I was paying the monthly amount you indicated on my monthly online bill summary. I called my insurance company and the amounts they show do not match what Truist shows and I DO NOT need addl hazard insurance. I explained this to the *** and she did not understand what I was telling her and could not explain the difference. I will have to call back again with my insurance company on the phone and all the records they have. It is absolutely insane that you say this has been going on for a year and nobody from Truist contacted me and this was not reflected in the monthly payment at all. Truist has made a mistake somewhere and Im left holding the bag. This is absolutely horrible customer **********************!!!!!

      I was once excited to be with truist. Not anymore. Today at 3:03pm , 05/16/2025 atm A415 . The atm took 300$ cash in 20s. Rejected one 20 dollar bill. Kept the additional 280$ and printed a reciet stating a bad deposit. I walked inside? The blonde behind the desk apparently had a rough day. Could care a less. The gentleman atleast understood. Kept patients. But I cant pay 2 bills right now or get my medication on Sunday because with truist ? They launched a investigation that I am grateful for but told me the deposit was not showing on my account. I have severe ptsd that is documented from a licensed provider so being told I have to wait up to 15 business days for someone to watch a security footage and potentially go count the atm to verify ruined my entire weekend. I had to hear truist tell me theirs a possibility I will not get my money back. That theirs no guarantee. I filed a complaint with the ****. The people in the bank didn't care my wife was present to witness that.

      Truist recent updated their authentication system and it will no longer allow me to log in to my account stating it does not recognize my info. Calling in they refused to help unlock the account because they require information that is only accessed once you login to the account online. I attempted to escalate my issue with them to get it resolved and they flat refused. Admitting the authentication system is new and they can not help refusing access to reset my login and refusing payment to my account.They have left no avenue to resolve this issue except to drive to one of their branches 300+ miles away in another state.

      I opened an account in April 2025. Today I am locked out of my account and my funds being held. They will give no reason, explanation, or assistance in recovering my money. They said they dont even have a timeline on when I can expect resolution. As a single mother dependent on my money, this is detrimental. No communication or support.

      By far the worst banking experience of my life. They mislead people and actually rearrange the time and order that deposits and withdrawals are made so they can capitalize on overdraft fees which they made $266 million in last year alone.

      If I could give this institution 0 stars, I would. This bank decided to close my long running constant credit or Truist ready now line of credit because it was not attached to a checking without a notice. I updated my address a year and a half ago and did not receive a letter. I asked the representative over the phone today if he could provide me of dates or marketing emails where that was specified and he of course he mentioned that they had nothing; he stated that its a known fact so its not something to share. It was a line of credit Ive had since 2017 so it closed out and knocked my score down 95 points according to credit karma. I am also 14 days out from closing on my home so fingers crossed that I still get it. I hope that TRUIST GETS NO GOVERNMENT BAILOUTS!!

      This bank started taking $30 a month maintenance fee out of my checking account on 6/11/24 without any written or verbal notice to me. I haven't wrote any checks since 6/3/24 so I never check the account. They took $330 in 11 months before I caught it and will only give me $60 back. Manager very rudely told me its not their place to tell me anything about the account. Why isn't it? How do I know anything about the account it was my dads and he passed 9/6/2010.. I think its fraudulent to take money from a account without notifying the account holder. I think they should have to refund me the total $330.

      I go to this branch often for our business account. The woman who handles the drive thru refuses to speak into the mic and thinks she can communicate with customers without them hearing her. When I told her I couldn't hear her "Scenne" or, as the card she gave me said, "****** ******" refused to speak closer to the mic and yelled at me. Our account has $1M and she still has no problem being rude. How she can bluntly refuse to speak so that a customer can hear them is beyond me. Rude Rude Rude.
