      ********** ever. Snohomish branch. I have been there 3 times and have had them notarized and scan documents to their estate department. They have withheld the funds due to their errors. I have closed out my parents account as well as my own. **************** in estate department. A joke

      I am extremely disappointed in the way Bank of America has handled a situation that not only damaged my credit but exposed their complete disregard for customer ******* March 2025, ********************** processed a charge on a credit card that had been previously reported lost/stolen. That card was supposed to be deactivated, yet they allowed a transaction to go through, without any notice to me, which resulted in an overdraft of $76 on an account I no longer actively use.Because I was not alerted to the charge or the negative balance, I only discovered it a month later. I immediately corrected the issue and submitted both a dispute and a goodwill adjustment request, explaining that the charge originated from an old, inactive card I had responsibly replaced. Despite a 7-year history as a loyal customer with no prior overdrafts or missed payments, Bank of America refused both the dispute and the goodwill ********** a result, my credit score plummeted nearly 90 points all for a one-time, bank-triggered error that could have easily been reversed with minimal effort. When I reached out for help, I was met with canned responses and no accountability.This experience makes it painfully clear that Bank of America does not prioritize customer trust, responsibility, or long-term relationships. If youre considering doing business with them, be warned: even if you act in good faith and correct mistakes promptly, they will punish you for their own systems failures and leave you to deal with the consequences alone.I strongly advise others to avoid Bank of America. A bank that can't stand behind its own policies or its customers is not a bank worth trusting.

      My Bank of America credit card abruptly closed even though all payments on time and account paid in full in timely manner. I have been advised this is discrimination and intentional infliction of emotional stress. I am an 80 year old female who not only paid account balance but also paid for for husband's funeral in full. Attempted to contact company but was hung up on. Letters sent to corporate were NEVER responded to. Email address given on website appears to b bogus. Apparently Bank of America corporate condones discrimination.

      I am a business owner and opened a businesses account with Bank of America in *********** ** because lets face it Bank of America is everywhere and Ive always banked local and just recently expanded my business to ********** and needed a bank account thats everywhere so Bank of America it is, anyways Ive been depositing checks into this account since Ive had the account and ********************** keeps holding the checks for well over 7 days, at the moment I have a release date on a check that Ive deposited 3 days ago for tomorrow and I have a check still on hold with no release date that Ive deposited 11 days ago, mind you both these checks are from the same company and from the same bank! Bank of America co-signer service agent has also informed me that there are factors that can cause a Check to be on hold like low funds but they cannot tell me that because thats giving someone elses bank information, but if check does bounce they will tell me then Check was bounced for nonsufficient funds. Non of this makes sence so you can tell me after the fact the account information but not before. This bank is a real joke!

      I have been a happy customer for over 30 yrs AND have ** savings/*** accounts with **********************. After going to your drive thru to get $60 in ********* told no.I will be moving My CMA, ** *** * ** other two accounts before the end of today. It is sad that you take away our ability to take cash less than $100.

      Worst customer service possible Trying to push all customer svc to their craptacular app ( that was hacked a few years ago and thousands and thousands of customers personal info was compromised ) - they run you through an annoying voice mail que and takes 5 minutes just to get to be put on hold for a ridiculous amount of time to actually talk to someone to fix a problem. I've been with them a while, should have switched a while ago, will be finding another financial institution to work with, wish I never started with *** A and will never think about doing anything with them again.

      Bank of America has the worst kind of customer service. They dont really care with their customer. Customer agents and managers are not trained to think logically to fix issues quickly even the easy once they say they could fix it 2 business cycle (2months). My request is just so simple, I availed the transfer balance amounting to $15,600 and plan to repay it for 12months. Accidentally, i didnt know that there has been set auto pay of full balance, so the next bill was automatically paid. So I called immediately to refund the amount, and I was surprise with the answer that they could fix this in 2 months - this is the worst service to deliver in a bank industry that I have ever seen. A lot of companies now are trying to do the quickest turn around time to maintain customer but this company seems they dont want to maintain their clients. I will definitely close my account as they dont know how to value their customers.

      The bank charged me a monthly maintenance fee of $25.00 twice in 2 months. The 1st time in March they credited my account and said they would fix the bank's error that caused it(linking several accounts to keep my balance over $5000). I receivec the 2nd charge in May. I called them and they said they would fix it again, Confirmation# *******WT. My concern is of those customers, like the elderly, who may not notice these types of charges and may be charged unknowingly.

      I have had a bank of america account for over 20 years. I recently got a large cashiers check from ************. I ask the tell at bank of america is some fund would be available and she said some. When she processed it she told me the full amount was credited. When I woke up today the entire amount was reversed so none is credited. This is a valid check 100% and have already verified it and the funds with ************ myself this morning. Bank of america has zero solutions or valid explanations of why they lied to my face about any or all funds being available and also now I have to wait a week for them to verify something a can with a cell phone in five minutes. Much easier than the 30+ minute disappointed worth of a phone call I made to my own bank of america. I like how easy bank of america is to use and usually they make funds available or even a portion but I would never recommend cashing a check with them. Not only do they not know their own policies apparently but they will change their mind AFTER initiating the process and take zero accountability for it.

      Wish I could offer zero stars. This bank took 495 dollars out from my savings account, on a duplicate charge from January 10. It is now May 14. There was no duplicate charge, as I went back to check records. This money is now gone- swept into the void- as I try to pack to move out of uni. I called yesterday to try to get the situation fixed to no avail- was told that the money would be in my account by midnight. Midnight rolls around- theres still no money. It is now 7 am and my money is still missing. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.
