    If I could give zero stars, I would. Absolutely horrible service! We contacted this company to remove an old vehicle that had run its course after ******* miles. From the start, things went downhill. The technician sent to our home refused to listen to our instructions on how to best move the car onto his flatbed. We asked if he had jumper cables so we could reposition the car more easily for towing. He didn't. We even provided him with our own battery starter, but he claimed it wasn't fully charged. Instead of a simple solution, he decided to tow another carour *****that was parked in the driveway. This decision turned out to be disastrous. Not only did he damage our lawn, but he also shattered our concrete driveway and dented the ***** by backing the tow truck into it! When we called to report the damage and seek a resolution, we were met with complete disrespect. The representative insulted our home and property right off the bat. We provided clear video evidence and photos to support our complaint, but the company's response was shockingly rude and dismissive. Our property was left in worse shape than before, and the attitude we received afterward made everything even worse. We are now escalating the matter. ***** this company at all costs!
