I was lied to, mislead and ultimately insulted by your sales team. I drove down from ********* (a 4 hour drive) under the assumption I was coming to look at a very specific truck. At 530 on Friday, I called the salesmen and he said the truck was still there and I informed him then I would be making the trip down the next day. The salesmen then called me at ************************************* he has pulled the truck up and was ready for me. At that moment I was about an hour away from the dealership. When I arrived i was told that truck had been sold the night before at about 730. The salesmen proceeds to show me a couple of different trucks that I was less than thrilled about owning and ensured me I was going to get a "fantastic deal". The sticker price was $67,***, I was trading in a PAID OFF truck worth approximately 15k and somehow the total on the new truck was ******. How does that make any sense at all? On top of that, there was a 6000 dollar savings that was supposed to be applied. 67000-6000 (cash off)= 61000-15000 (trade in)=46000(+tax)Needless to say, I left very unhappy and would NEVER recommend anyone to your lying dealership or any other dealership with **** Hendricks name on it.Review fromDavid S

NOT RECOMMENDED PORTERS/"TECHS" DAMAGED MY HYDRAULIC BRAKING SYSTEM (LIKELY DUE TO SEVERE ABUSE) IN THEIR CARE. ** **********, SERVICE DEPARTMENT MANAGER, HAS FULL DENIABILITY AND LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY ON THE ISSUE. AND NO INTEREST IN REPAIR. HE SAID "WE DIDN'T DO IT" WITHIN JUST 24 ************* THAN 5 MILES OF OPERATION AFTER A SCHEDULED ROUTINE OIL CHANGE. IT ENDED WITH THIS NEW MECHANICAL ISSUE. ALSO, BEWARE OF THE ***** "MULTI-POINT INSPECTION". IT'S NON-EXISTENT. YOU'LL BE LUCKY TO GET 1 CUP OF WNDSHLD FLUID. IS IT COMMON HERE TO TREAT A VEHICLE LIKE IT'S STOLEN WHEN OUT OF YOUR SIGHT? THE BRAKES ARE VERY IMPORTANT FOR BOTH MY SAFETY AND OTHERS ON THE ***** STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS **************** SERVICE ***** PROTECT YOUR CAR/TRUCK OR THIS COULD ALSO HAPPEN TO YOU.Review fromDon R

Seeing all the negative reviews. I understand now why they may be choosing to not accept calls and referring people to "****** *********". Took car to get oil changed, the *** came on that morning, strangely enough, which my wife knows it is free at almost any automotive parts house to check, but they charged her ******! Had they told her this would be the amount, she wouldn't have agreed to it. I have been calling for three weeks and all I get is a busy signal and dropped calls. Something isn't right at all. I have been able to leave two VM's but no reply back.Sadly, we have bought our two vehicles from them. Likely not ******** warned!Review fromJay W

This Review Will ** Updated If And When This Matter Is ********** a senior citizen and ********* Veteran, I have learned the value of integrity, respect, and doing business the right way. Unfortunately, my recent experience with the service department at Hendrick ***** of ********* on South Boulevard left me feeling misled and disappointed.I was quoted $190 plus tax for a pre-warranty inspection on my 2017 **************** the day of the inspection (April 17), I was further quoted $100 by a representative from their finance department. However, after waiting over an hour for someone to assist me and navigating confusion between service and finance, I was ultimately charged $348.53 more than triple the quote provided that very ********** make matters worse, the service department attempted to upcharge me for unnecessary maintenance an oil change and brake pads despite my providing them with a clean inspection report from Hendrick *** of Concord dated less than a month before. When I asked for clarification, I was given the runaround between service and finance, and told that the inflated fee would only be reduced if I agreed to finance their extended warranty which I declined. I made it clear that I disagreed with the final bill but was forced to pay the full amount just to retrieve my vehicle.I have since filed a formal complaint with their customer care team and will be disputing the overcharge with my card provider. This is not the experience one expects from the Hendrick brand especially not when dealing in good faith. I sincerely hope this matter is corrected. *** *********, **Review fromKehinde T

On the 28th Dec 2024 , I contacted ***** Chevrolet , spoke with **, a sales person at the dealership. I spoke to **, and we came to an agreement on the price, He sent me the paperwork to review the numbers we agreed on. When I told him I was out of State, he spoke to his finance guy ****** ***** and I was told I had to pay an extra $1000 as they had a service that can allow them to bring the paperwork to me out of state for signing, which I accepted. By the 3rd of January, I have paid $5000 deposit on the vehicle, the salesperson ** informed me that the finance guy had sent out the paperwork for me to sign, I waited for the paperwork to be delivered, but no paperwork arrived. They lied.****** did not even bother to reply to my email to my surprise. I couldn't imagine a finance manager ignoring a customers email who is giving you money. (This is an absolute disaster). I later got the documents, spoke to ****** about corrections to be made and to my surprise he never DID . I later had to call again ,only for Sinisa to tell me he will scan the docs to me to sign , I asked if he can please remove the extra $1000 charge for Maverick which was a service i had initially paid for but WAS NOT RENDERED. I feel robbed. He said the ** or Management had said there was no way around it, and for us to move forward, i will have to pay for it. (That's a big shame to the dealership if the ** actually said that)This entire process was an absolute nightmare, and honestly, the finance manager ****** lacked empathy, and his service was the worst I have ever come across I demand a refund for my $1000 that was taken from me. I was taken advantage of.I even spoke to ***, one of the managers, explained my situation and he NEVER cared to call me back with a resolution to this.I hope the ** and the entire management can see this to redeem their image by refunding my $1000 **************** that was not rendered and also make a customer happy again. Thank you.Review fromAshley C

Issue: ****************** Practices and Lack of Accountability I purchased a new ***** Odyssey from this dealership along with a prepaid maintenance package that included oil changes and tire rotations every ***** miles up to ****** miles. I have exclusively used this dealership for all scheduled services.During a recent service appointment, I suspected that my tires were not being rotated. One of the tires had previously been replaced with a different brand, and I noticed it remained in the same position after multiple services. To confirm my concern, I marked all four tires before a scheduled visit. After service, the marks remained unchanged, proving that the rotation was not performed. When I raised this with the service department, I received an inadequate explanation. Despite my proof, neither the service manager nor the general manager responded to my follow-up attempts. I was only offered a free tire rotation as compensationwhich does not address the breach of trust or service I already paid for.Additionally, I was informed by a service advisor that my current tiresBridgestone Turanza EL440sare only rated for ****** miles, despite clearly being warranted for ****** miles. This misinformation further suggests a lack of transparency or proper training.I am requesting that the dealership take responsibility for the failure to perform the services included in the maintenance package, issue a formal response, and provide a resolution that reflects the services promised and paid for.Review fromFernando G

Brought in my car via tow to have it looked at. I only chose Apex ****** because it was close to my work. I had an issue in the past with their servicea salesperson tried to bait and switch me on a vehicle. When I brought this to his attention, he blamed the finance department, even though he was the one who gave me the quote. So I took my business elsewhere. He assumed my options were limited, but I found the same car cheaper somewhere ********, I brought my car in for an engine failure. The individual handling my vehicle called me, answered a few questions, and I later received a quote for $5,300, which I approved through their webpage. A few hours later, he called back to inform me the price had gone up to $15,000, blaming the computer system for the incorrect estimateyet again trying to charge me for their own mistake. There seems to be a common sales tactic here. If you need your vehicle serviced, I wouldnt recommend this dealership at all. Only consider them if you need to buy partsand even then, go somewhere else.I ended up taking my car to **** ******** instead. They took care of me, clearly broke down the quote, and even included things to help lower the overall cost. It ended up being cheaper there.Review fromKeisha K

Disrespectful and Unprofessional Dont Waste Your Time I had one of the worst car-buying experiences ever at this dealership. I came in ready to buy a car that daywith my check in hand and financing already secured. Instead of being treated with basic respect, I was met with attitude and shady behavior. The dealership was clearly upset that I didnt go through their financing and made that obvious in how they treated me. When I arrived, they had me sit around while they helped someone else with the car I had already come to ****** was clear they didnt value me as a customer the moment they realized they wouldnt be making extra money off financing. I was ready, serious, and preparedand I was treated like an inconvenience. Completely unprofessional.Review fromBenetta P

I have 2002 vehicle that I bought in 2003 from **** Hendrick ******. The incentive program they had at the time was "tires for life". I have been taking my vehicle there since I purchased it to get oil changes because that is what was required for the tires. I have picked up my vehicle in the past, and there was no oil in it, after an oil change. The vehicle had to be towed back to the dealership for them to put oil in it. My hub caps were lost, only after coming back from the dealership and my tire locks were lost there also. I have had to pay for the same repair repeated, for the problem to remain for years. I continued to go because of the "tires for life". So today, we are told that the tires they put on are rotting and cracking,....that means they put bad tires on my vehicle. I was also told that because we didn't get alignments, back in 2019, we are no longer in the program, even though the tires were put on in 2021. Please be careful if you take your car there for service or repairs. You would think that because they are the dealership, they would know how to take care of your ******, but that has not been my experience, all the time. I am sure they never thought the original owner would still have the car and use the promotional they were running, and had to put a stop to it. I am now sour, I am so grateful for the free tires I have had...but I did pay in other ways.Review fromJack S.
