"Principal owner *********************, President ******** Contact *************************, Regional Manager I went to your ********* location was informed about policy rules and regulations and insurance and I wanted to look at them I requested the policy that states information that your employee gave me that she said is stated in the policy they gave me the website I go to the website there's only a terms and conditions no policy I read the whole terms and condition nowhere in the terms and condition is stated anything about the insurance that she was informing me about whole point of the story is if you have a policy you have to make it available to the consumer whether it's through a website printed on or in the business that states accurate information given by employees if not this could be a problem which it is a problem because I cannot contact anybody in your company that can give me the policy so I can read it and the terms and condition you guys say it's on your website but there is nowhere on that website that says policies and procedures or policies only terms and conditioner those are your policies then the information that's been given to me by your employees is false now I'm going to need the policy and the terms and condition I want to print them I want them on paper on ink send me a link for your policies on insurance and on everything did you guys require the consumer for the contract"
