    I set this up on my kids phone for parental supervision and it locked her phone up entirely. Despite being savvy with so many other parental apps, I attempted to remove it, struggled, and reached out to their support. I paid for their Premium membership so that I would have access to support. I then get a reply that customer support will respond in 1-2 business days, and if I dont hear back, check my spam. Um, excuse me? If I dont hear back check my spam.. How about give me a number to call, my kids phone is entirely locked and we need it for her going away tonight, in case of emergency. So, lets hope she doesnt have an emergency while shes away for the next two days, oh and I guess if she does have an emergency she can check the spam folder? Seriously, dont buy this membership. This app isnt ready for the market. Not until they have a real time customer service option.

    If you buy the higher priced plan you get premium help and they will schedule a call for you with their tech support. Except the problem is, they never called. I had a call setup for a time Im not normally home because it was the only time that THEIR help times matched up with when I and my child would be home. So I waited and they never called. I sent various emails and they never responded during that time window. I feel like it was a big scam. Its possible that there was a mistake but I feel let down by the service. I am going to try and get my money back and failing that I will just not resubscribe and will tell everyone I can that it is not worth it.

    Worked great for two months. Now the app has suddenly completely locked up my son's phone, and we had not made any changes. Just woke up this morning and it was that way. Keep getting pop-*** that say permission denied. Can't even access the front page with apps. Can't make calls, texts, and I can't even get to the Qustodio app on his phone to make changes! The worst part is that the only customer service they have is by email which can take a day or two. No phone number to call? I want this blasted app off of his phone NOW, but I have no way to get it off, and his phone is unusable. As soon as I figure out how to get it unlocked, I'm deleting the app forever.
