    Within this past year, property management has been going completely downhill. *********************** and the other surrounding buildings. ONLY the grass is getting cut now. Trash and waste are building up all over the property and the landscaping company they hired now only provides the bare minimum of labor by choosing to cut over and around the trash and leave it. I have taken several photos of how everything is constantly building up with waste. The walkways and stairways could also use some TLC and can be power washed. Tree trimmings and spraying for pests have stopped. It used to get done nearly every other cut. I've personally seen many male tenants who have dogs that won't utilize the pet waste bin area to clean up after their pets. If what's not being done isn't something that is considered "in the budget" then tenants should be fined for the excessive littering. Roaches, bugs, and snakes are more visible around the property, even at this time of year. It's getting out of hand, and those assigned under the ********* won't do anything about it unless it affects them directly.
