    On 4/24 thereabouts I was transported to the eye clinic at *******************. I was using ********* comp so Boomerang provided the service. I should have driven there myself! Anyway, their driver, ******* ****** sped and drove recklessly. She made a hard stop at some point. After she left I later noticed that my charge was not in my possession. I spoke to Mrs ****** and we agreed to meet so I could get my charger. She did not show up. She is very irresponsible. Who does she think she is? I have reached out to Boomerang Transportation and it came down to meeting her again, but I do not trust her. So she stole my charger because she never gave it back. In fact, to provide more details, we were supposed to meet at Publix by Bithlo so I could receive my charger, but she did not show up for the meeting. When I spoke to the dispatcher I suggested that she drive by to hand it back while going to take a rider to the clinic.. Mailing it back would be unfeasible and they did not reimburse me. The charger is worth $35. Boomerang expected me to pay $30 to ship it back. That is stupid and whoever came up with that is stupid too. Anyway, I waited in the HOT Sun for 45 minutes. The meeting was set to take place at 12 PM. Who does she think she is? Also, I have proof that I was there at Publix in Bithlo at the meeting time and place. As I recall it was 5/25/24 the meeting place. I have a dash camera., Thus, I provided that proof. If you need that proof I can obtain it. I also emailed ***************** and Boomerang back around May 2024. I showed the the proof and even Mrs. ****** acknowledged that she had it, hence the meeting. It would be helpful for that company to do a much better job of vetting the drivers! Solution: To pay me $35! Mr. ******* is protecting that thief. He is not fixing the problem. He is just running away and will not speak to me on the phone. Why is he afraid? He needs to have the courage and speak to me and rectify the theft caused by ******* ******.

    Dear BBB,
    On April 4, 2024, Boomerang Transport was contracted to provide transportation for Mr. ******* ***** to his medical appointment. The trip was completed successfully without any issues.
    Following the trip, Mr. ***** contacted our driver, stating that he had left an itemhis chargerinside the vehicle. The driver confirmed she found the charger in her vehicle. In May, Mr. ***** and our driver arranged a meeting at noon at a Publix for the exchange of the charger. Mr. ***** confirmed he was on his way, and our driver arrived on time as agreed.
    However, after waiting for over an hour and twenty minutes past the scheduled meeting time, the driver decided to leave. During this waiting period, the driver made two attempts to contact Mr. ********* at 12:30 PM and again at 1:00 PMbut received no response. At that point, the driver felt it was unlikely that Mr. ***** would show up, and began to feel uncomfortable with the situation.
    Following the failed meeting, we received numerous phone calls from Mr. ***** accusing our driver of stealing the charger, along with additional complaints about the drivers behavior and items allegedly left in other vehicles. Our drivers thoroughly searched their vehicles but found no additional items. Mr. ***** speculated that items might have been dislodged under the seats due to heavy braking, but subsequent searches yielded no results.
    Our team was subjected to increasingly hostile communication, including emails with aggressive subject lines and numerous insults directed at our coordinators during phone calls. We offered to ship the charger to Mr. ****** but he declined this offer.
    At this point, the situation became increasingly difficult to manage. Despite our efforts to resolve the issue, it felt as though any attempt we made to rectify the situation was met with resistance. This made it seem as though the situation was being escalated unnecessarily, starting with the initial claim of the charger being left behind.
    While we respect Mr. ******* right to raise concerns, we believe it is in the best interest of both parties that he use a different transportation provider for future services. We wish Mr. ***** the best in all his future endeavors.
