      I have been trying to make contact with the Salisbury location for several weeks now I always ************ to the 800 customer service number no one will ever answer my calls I have waited on phone for as long as 30 mins

      Triangle calls and texts several times to confirm the price and appointment for an eye exam. Yet, after calling three times over the course of a week with a request that my exam results be sent to another doctor, they have failed to do so. The doctor who conducted the exam also has not returned my call. Additionally, it is in poor taste to charge an additional dollar upon check out for using a credit card. Triangle needs to state that in one of numerous calls and texts that they send prior to the visit.
