    Was excited to go on a boat ride while on girl's trip. My mother has very bad knees and the way they dock the boat and then ask you to step up and then sidestep was not possible for her. After realizing this was not going to work, I went back to the ticket booth and asked for a refund. I was made to feel that this was a major inconvenience. The lady called the owner and left a voice mail. I waited the entire trip to hear back from the owner and did not get a voice mail until a week after we had returned home. I was very disappointed. We found another company who was thrilled to have us on board and accommodated our needs without question. Everyone was shocked that I didn't hear back same day at the other company. Will never be booking with this company again. Have never had issues getting her on a boat in the past 12 years coming to the area. No refund was every issued. Very disappointed!
