"If I could give this a 0, I would. After natural disaster, Hurricane ******, traveled through the area, leaving destruction in its wake (no power, flooding, no major highways into the area, not to mention a boiling water was in effect for the area) we attempted to cancel our reservation as the government advised all visitors to avoid the area to allow the cleanup and relocation efforts to continue." ...
