These people were recommended by *******************************, so I thought they'd be fine. The professional they sent out to do the inspection is not the same as the two noobs they actually sent out to do the work. The people they sent out installed an outside electrical outlet literally 1.5 feet away from my ground rod (a device that reduces the chance of fire if lightning hits your house or some other kind of surge happens) and less than 1.5 feet from the wire that goes from my roof to my rod. If any surge happens, an arch will definitely hit this outlet which would definitely start a fire on the side of my house. (building code is 6 feet between ground rods and electrical stuff). Due to this building code violation, I get to hire some other electrician to fix their mistake later. On the inside, they shut off my electrical to my house without warning, so oh well for remote working. I lost all I was working on for the day. They also removed spray in insulation from my attic where they were working for unknown reasons and took it outside to their makeshift trashcan. I rescued my insulation and get the pleasure of going into my attic later to put it back in place. They also left a mess inside my home. While minor, it is another frustration. The work outside broke my wooden siding, When I pointed this obvious fact out, the noobs were like "we can glue it back together". Glue does not fix broken wooden siding.... Cracked siding causes water issues which means I get the pleasure of hiring someone to replace the wooden board. If I could turn back time, I would have never hired these people.

******,The work we performed at your home on 2/21/2024 has now passed inspection. We added a circuit and installed a combination disconnect with a GFCI protected receptacle for your new heat pump. The inspector informed you that your grounding system was on the other side of your house at your electrical service. As to inside, we did have to turn off 2 circuits so we could change out the breaker to make room for the new heat pump circuit. I apologize for the inconvenience. We did not remove any insulation from your attic. We did clean up the insulation that fell on the floor that was above the scuttle hole which was needed to access your attic. We did not leave a mess in your home. You repeatedly apologized for the already present mess when I came to your home to look at the job. The siding on your home has peeling paint and cracked siding from years of weather and neglect. Please do not go on this website to falsely accuse our company of doing poor work. You have cursed me in an email and now called our employees names. Our work is to code and also takes consideration the ascetics in relation to your home and the corresponding HVAC work that was required. Feel free to call our office if you have any other concerns.
