    I have been trying to make contact with ****** since my order was placed in December of 2024. ****** has been unprofessional, not communicating with me and taking my post down from her ******** page stating the same. I've spent over $2,000 and thats a lot of money not to hear anything from anyone. Multiple people have said that they have had the same issue.

    Contacted Lime Light photography for inquiry and sched. a Boudoir session. *************************** on website had me sched telephone consult. Sched 2/27/2024 at 5:30. Received call and she said I needed to pay $400 to schedule photo session and it was non-refundable. She took my debit card and we agreed on date 4/11/2024 for session. 2/27/2024 payment withdrawn from my acct. in the amount of $427.+Since then a contract emailed to me to sign and start prepayment plan for my view session which would be sched. 2weeks after session. I would have to input $1800+ into my bourdior bank or more depending on pkg I chose. Pkgs range min. $1800.00 to &*****+ which needed to be paid with 30 days before photo session which would be 30 days prior to 4/11. Had to cancel session date as I knew o could not afford that min. amount by 4/11. Had 1 email giving me another date. Replied to that email twice without response. Called ************ over 3 times in the past week with only getting voicemails. Left 3 msgs without response. Also, text ************ as it have option on voicemail, without response. I got suspicious so researched location bldg and it said permanently closed. Please investigate
