      No stars. Cold employees=nasty service. Cold food - and high prices for horrible service. No real heat coming from heat tray/oven Food sitting in there be cold..They bring out hot uncooked grits And act like,they are doing the customers a favor. They have roaches. Need to clean up and fix the heat oven tray so that hot foods be ?? hot and probably should retrain some employees and pay more .. I don't know, but what I do know, that food is always cold when I leave, I have to warm up my food and the customer service *****.The light skin Jamaican lady manager in the kitchen is mean .. and tried to charge me extra for the same food once. She actually put my salmon and grits in two different containers and I been going there for years, never happened before .but I guess she decided to do things differently,came again and no one else did that, so I asked the cashier ,do they normally do that, she was rude too??, basically act like she didn't know. I didn't have time to complain then. And honestly hope things would change. But it didn't overtime,it's like the deli staff don't care, and don't realize they wouldn't have that job if it wasn't for the customers. Someone please follow up with the store, someone needs to be held accountable and something needs to change.People be complaining ??. They just don't do what I'm doing now . But I guarantee they do have some to say. Trust. Please go there because it's convenient and nowhere to go . . . But that's not ok to treat paying customers ?? like they owe you. Smh ??

      Tammie, Cashier supervisor, from the Ingles market in Canton GA, 30114, was a very genuine and superior cashier she was a pleasure that did not judge and wanted to help the customer. I am so thankful! Kudos to Tammie from Canton Georgia! Thank you Ingles Market!

      Frozen food is being defrosted then refrozen and sold. The freezers are sweating, and the food has frost burn. The freezers are very old. The demographic of this store is heavily weighted toward senior citizens. This is a health safety issue.

      Ingles ***** is selling bad milk. Their brand of milk spoils before the expiration date!
