  We took our camper to RV1 Superstore to fix the awning and some other minor details 10-10-22 Josh said their was a waiting list and we be fixed in 2 months. Called Dec 9 2022 called 3 times called 12-10-23. Josh said in a month which he never return any of my calls Call 1-6-23, 1-9-23,2-7-23, 2-27-23 2-28-23 and everyday since never a call back now they are saying the bar that they order was the wrong bar.. I have called **** the manger he said yesterday 3-8-23 that they are working on it and somebody would call yesterday still wanting on that called. called three times today now waiting for ****** ****** to call 3-9-23. I honestly do not know they can be in business. they do not know how to tell the truth about anything I know these is useless because they don't care about there review

  We purchased a new Class A motorhome last year and have nothing but difficulty in getting warranty work completed. Our unit has sit on their lot for over a month, long enough for batteries to be dead, waiting for minor warranty work. We have had to cancel reservations due to their excessive time in getting work done. When inquiring as to the delays we get all kinds of EXCUSES, not reasons. I referred two friends to them as well which also purchased high $$ motor homes and their unit has been sitting at RV One over 2 months waiting for warranty work to be done and not even been looked at yet. Our work to be done was minor and not even looked at yet so we picked it up and repaired the issues ourself! Once they got the check in their hand we were forgotten as they are too busy prepping new units for pickup. They talk a sweet sales pitch but as for warranty , I know first hand, sucks!!!! If you want to enjoy your camper/rv DO NOT PURCHASE FROM RV ONE!!! They only have two work bays so this is a huge hindrance in them getting anything accomplished. You are lucky if someone answers the phone when you call and they DO NOT return calls. The service here is sorely lacking from receptionist to service department to all management. They have no idea whatsoever of how to prioritize and have no organizational skills at all. If you do consider purchasing your rv from here I strongly recommend that you take a stroll around their lot and note all of the licensed units sitting there waiting for service, you will find more waiting for service than new units for sale!! This has broken my heart to have gibes through all of this turmoil and not being able to enjoy my lovely RV. RV One is not the place to purchase your rv.

  We bought a used 2015 $30K+ 5th wheel there in Oct 2022 and was told they would go over it before delivery. When they delivered it 4 hours late, they had done NOTHING of any of the agreed things we had discussed before purchase. Unfortunately, we bought it cash, and had no recall options. We had asked if they would fix the lighting system (glass broken/not working) and also service the air conditioner with clean filters, which they agreed to! neither was done. Afterwords, they refused to fix it. We had another REPUTIBLE RV guy come to fix it and found out the Air conditioner was not even working and had to be replaced, and by the way the roof was also completely shot and needed to be replaced desperately. $5.700 later we got it fixed up. I own a business, and DID NOT do my due diligence prior to purchase. If you read their review on **** and here, you will see why NOT to buy from them. I would be out of business if I worked like they do. ******* and his manager ***** can only be rated as 10 times worse than the reputation of "a used car sales man" !!! STAY AWAY!!! Do yourself a favor and read reviews please. I have in my 58 years never been treated worse in any business I have dealt with.

  We purchased a brand new (pretty expensive too I might add) 2022 Entegra Qwest 24L in March of 2022 after going to a big RV show in Raleigh, NC. It is a very nice motorhome and we really like it but it has been sitting on RV One's lot since June 10, 2022 because when we took it out in May 2022 for the first time, the AC unit went out. Needless to say, we have not used it all summer since. Finally after waiting all of this time, my husband got a call on July 26, 2022 that the AC unit was there and that it would be installed ASAP. Well yesterday, July 27, 2022, my husband was contacted again and told that the wrong AC unit was delivered and of course will not fit in our unit. Before this, every time we would contact them, they would say, "AC has been ordered and shipped but we don't have a tracking number." I know that sometimes there are circumstances beyond any person's control but we feel that they need to be more proactive in getting the ball rolling to get our motorhome fixed. Seems as though they want to sell you an RV but don't want to fix things that go wrong.
