    ***online store***AWFUL customer service! They sent moldy and squishy asparagus crowns. I notified them and sent pics immediately of what I had received, I was told it was normal and to plant them anyway. After weeks of back and forth emails and following their instruction to ***, they FINALLY offered to replace the crowns but Id have to pay an additional amount to cover their shipping cost. If they had quality checked their product before shipping them, they wouldnt have sent me moldy crowns to begin with. Why should I have to pay more to get the quality product I should have received in the first place? Never again and wouldnt recommend.

    I preordered and paid for three grapevines and received one of them several weeks after the listed delivery date. After a few weeks of contacting the nursery for either the missing vines or a partial refund, I was told I would receive my other two. I contacted regularly for another two weeks without any response from the nursery.

    We ordered 2 bare root Malbec vines from hand picked We were given a tracking number. After watching no movement from package tracking , I tried contacting the nursery. They made it impossible to speak to a human. We were put to automation answering every time. Then we started receiving text messages from a ********** number to go to a complete different web sight to cancel our order and reorder. We chose not to be scammed and took a 58 dollar loss. I do not recommend doing buisness with hand picked.
