  If I had the chance to select 0 star, I would. I took two cars for oil change at one of your location in ******, ** of Highway 54, and I have both cars leaking oil. When I took one of them, the mechanic Accused me that I tried to tighten the filter and damaged- stupid comment to say. If I wanted to mess with oil change, I would have changed it myself. I will never go back there againI paid 260 almost for both!

  Under new ownership! Very friendly and helpful group! Not pushy and very insightful on the best option for oil in my vehicle! Would recommend trying them out!

  Went in for a state inspection and had something of value, but more of sentimental value to me stolen out of my car. Do not go to this location as you may have whatever they can take that is of value from youand then deny it when you call them out for it. *********************** was my tech and a police report has been filed. I will do all I can now to get the word out. Avoid this location at all costs. Not worth putting yourself through the stress, anxiety and the feeling of being violated. You should be able to go to a car service place and not worry about items being stolen out of your car.

  Very bad experience I will never bring my car to another Snappy Lube. I cannot believe I brought my car in there for an oil change the guy talk me into getting a fuel injection The car running worse than what I brought it in for, they were supposed to have checked all of my fuels somehow or another my car end up without any antifreeze the car began to overheat I have no idea what was wrong I brought it to another mechanic who said it's simply needed antifreeze something they were supposed to have checked for me I swear when I brought my car into Snappy lube it had antifreeze in it. I ended up having to take a day off work to pay another mechanic and all I wanted was an oil change, never again.

  I visited Snappylube Inspection located on ***************. in ******* ** on 3/20/23 and it was the biggest mistake I could have ever made. The individual who attempted to inspect my car who stated his name was **** however the paper indicated another name which I will just use his initials (PA) so Ill go with calling him a dummy to say the least he was by far the most incompetent person I have ever met. I have had this vehicle inspected numerous amounts of times and I have never been told the bulb could not be changed. Im just going to call him an idiot instead of **** since Im not sure if thats his real name. He was definitely a beginner or got his mechanic certification from a five and dime store. He stated initially my car would pass inspection and it would be ***** plus ***** for the bulb however he could not figure out how to change it and kept giving all of these outlandish excuses. My thing is if you are not confident enough or knowledgeable to work on peoples cars then I feel you should seek out another profession. If you are going to work in a field at least have common sense that the lord gave you. This was the worst experience ever trying to get my car inspected who knew that people could be so dumb!!!! Advice to myself run dont walk when passing Snappy Inspections!!!! I forgot to mention that since **** is no longer there this place has went down tremendously complete garbage not only incompetent but unprofessional staff!!!

  I went to the Snappy Lube at ************************************************************* for a routine oil change for my 2009 ****** Camry! When it was finished the attendant informed me it was $100.00 to which I asked why it was so much she said because they had to use synthetic oil and told me she'd give me a $20.00 discount making the amount due still $85.00. I went there last summer for a routine inspection and was told I needed wiper blades and that they could not pass the inspection unless i replaced the blades so I agreed again I was charged over $100.00 and was given the $20.00 discount! I will NEVER frequent that establishment again...

  I apologize about the experience you had during your recent visit with us. I understand how frustrating it may be to not have your expectations met. However, the oil change for your 2009 Camry does in fact call for a 0w20 motor oil in which all we offer is a Full Synthetic product which does start at $99.99. That should have been made clear prior to performing the service. Like many businesses, we have also had significant price increases in the last 12 months due to many of the current economic challenges. I will make sure that we revisit this issue during our ever-ongoing training. Our tech seems to have done her best in attempting to help relieve some of the cost with a $20 coupon, which does exceed many of our current coupons in the market.

  As far as your inspection last year, that process was appears to have been followed accordingly. The wiper blades are a part of the inspection process and if one or both do not meet DMV standards as outlined in the General Statutes, the vehicle will fail. You are never required to buy them at that station, but they will need to be replaced once failed in order to pass the vehicle inspection.
