  Today, I had another unpleasant encounter with business owners ****** and ******. I called ****** because I was charged a late fee along with my quarterly payment, after I had sent a text letting her know that I was ready to process my payment last week. I asked if I could have that refunded since I told her last week to process my payment. She said she would see what they can do. I called back to let her know that I was in the process of switching my trash pickup service and wanted to know if I could pay a pro-rated amount for the Month of **** and receive a refund for July and August. She said they dont typically do refunds and she would call me back. Her husband then called me and says this is what well do this time, we will give you back the late fee but next time it needs to be paid on time. I was extremely disappointed at the tone in this grown mans voice as he was speaking to me, someone who had supported his business for several years and even recommended friends and family in the area. Once I told him I was switching my service and asked about the pro-rated amount for **** he said they dont do refunds and he will see what he can do. He was not interested in my feedback about my experience, he spoke over me and repeatedly cut me off as I spoke. I asked if that was confirmation that I would get the refund for July and August . He cut me off again and said Ill let you know once we do all the paperwork. This has been the most unprofessional and distasteful encounter I have ever had with business owners and I am disgusted at the way this has been handled. ****** Wilson got on the phone and attempted to intimidate me by telling me what were going to do this time and spoke to me in the most condescending manner. I would NOT recommend this service to anyone. They are unprofessional, inefficient, and have absolutely no regard for the customer experience at!!!

  I love this company very friendly. I had to have surgery forgot garbage, they walked down my driveway and got the can for me. Thank y'all for everything you do.

  I called the owner/operator today to inquire about why they only dumped one of my two trash cans this morning and I was treated like dirt. The owner stated that they don't pick up construction debris and I told him that the wood in the can was just a child's doll house that I had broken up in pieces so it would fit into the can better! He was very rude and unprofessional and kept talking over me in a very bully like tone. When I left a negative review on their FB page they commented that they offered to come back and dump the can but that is a direct lie. I would have gladly accepted that offer but it was never said! This guy is a joke and will never get any business from me again!
