  My sewer line broke and I had three plumbing companies assess the damage, propose a fix and provide a quote for the work. ***** of Blue Planet Plumbing provided the most detailed quote, and at the lowest price. They were able to start the work right away and did an excellent job. *****, and all of the employees who worked on the project, were knowledgeable and professional. Ive used Blue Planet in the past and Ive never been disappointed in them or their work.

  Proposed fix for leak involved major work with large price tag and would not have fixed the source of the leak, which was discovered by another plumber.

  I am very pleased and highly recommend working with Blue Planet Plumbing.We purchased a 24yr old home in Hedersonville and called Blue Planet Plumbing come out and give me a price for installing a new gas hot water heater, replacing the 15yr old one. I was very pleased with their rep, and how thorough he was on the work to be done, and about additional items that I was not aware of. These items were best to be replace at the same time to alleviate the problem of adding new, and reusing some of the old pieces. We got the proposal before Rep left, and after about 1.5 weeks he never returned a response to answer a few questions we had. So I wrote a review describing my appointment.With in a day the owner called me and apologized for the slip up, and address our issues and reprice our project according to our changes. Though their cost was a little more that the other companies we consider, we actually received about $450.00 more in value of what was being replaced than the others, and there was nothing being reused from our old system.

  I did not enjoy or value my service. I will never ever use this company again. No follow up no asking if I was satisfied. Did not solve my problem and I ending up paying someone else to solve my issues. INCOMPETENT

  Good afternoon ****! Im very relieved to know that we were able to have a conversation and I was able to refund some money to allow you to feel a little bit better about our bad diagnostic.Plumbing is seldom straightforward and out of 35 years of plumbing and installing thousands of tankless water heaters in addition to servicing even more I cannot believe that we overlooked there being sawdust in the delivery line blocking the regulator and flow.Im glad to hear that the gas company was able to get you in good shape and Im sorry that we wasted your time. The credit is still on your account and we would love another opportunity in the future if we can be of service.I understand that you do see and feel that we are incompetent but I must assure you that we do our very best to train twice a week and make sure we are seeing your clients expectations.We are not perfect but we definitely let you down in this situation so I do apologize and we have had training since then to correct the situation that you incurred over three months ago.But feedback this is the only way we can improve!   It is unfortunately a rare experience to encounter a company with integrity these days. I have experienced this with Blue Planet Plumbing. We did an installation of a heat pump water heater with them. The unit had a rare manufacturer issue(motherboard). The owner of Blue Planet Plumbing immediately got involved and stayed involved until the issue was resolved swiftly by *****(a Blue Planet Plumber). Im very impressed with the company. Kudos on a GREAT team!
