    THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!******** difficult and unprofessional!I was out of the **untry and needed someone to check out a bad smell in my vent. I was informed the **ntract I signed with them 7 years ago allowed only myself or my neighbor to be present with the technician. I wasnt allowed to change the **ntract except in person. I had to actually **ntact my neighbor who lived over an hour away to **me in!!! I was also told I **uld not have another service ** **me in to do any work. WHAT A SCAM!!! Incredibly the technician did not have a simple camera snake to detect anything so it was basically a waste of time expecially for my old neighbord. Since then I have had another duct service **me in quickly and easily remedied the situation with a camera snake which was advised to be a simple tool heating and *** services had handily. No apologies or call came afterwards even tho I asked for a manager. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM AND STAY AWAY!!

    Quality Air would like to apologize for you having a difficult experience during this appointment. We feel our policy on homeowners being present during service is very clear, and it is stated on your club membership form. Although "stand in" contact person(s) are no longer available to our clients, your stand in was "grandfathered" in as part of your original Agreement with Quality Air. Your tenant, whom you were trying to have us make the appointment with, is not a stand in. Duct cleaning is not a service that we provide, therefore, we do carry duct snake cameras. Again, sorry for the bad experience and we are glad you got it taken care of.

    Scammers. They signed us up for their membership. We paid them $20/month for 2 years, which was supposed to include 2 annual HVAC services and complementary air filters. They skipped a service and then when they finally came out, they charged us for a new air filter, claiming that their membership agreement had changed though we had never been notified. Get better service elsewhere.
