"Called to check on procedure to have custom compression stockings made they told me I needed prescription from my doctor he sent one they called me on Friday left message about scheduling appointment now on Monday they say due to insurance approval problems that they are not longer doing custom stocking I offered to pay cash they turned me down don't see how policy changed from Friday afternoon to Monday afternoon I'm having 2 surgeries and need these stocking due to recovery time they asked if I had swelling in my legs i said no she puts me on phone with ******* didn't know the answer to the initial question so I guess I lose I think they made an assumption that my insurance wasn't going to pay so they didn't want to fool with me even though I was willing to pay cash and stated that to them, so sad this is how they treat patients ?" ...
