    I dont like leaving negative reviews, but I feel this needs to be said. We all make mistakesits part of being humanbut not taking accountability or making things right is where the real issue lies. My implant production was delayed because the dentist forgot to place the order, which I understood. Mistakes happen. But when the implant arrived, the color was way off, despite the extensive discussions we had to ensure it would closely match my other teeth. At first, I thought it might blend in, but after a few days, it became clear that it was unacceptable.I invested a significant amount of money in this implant, and I expected it to be right. When I brought up the issue, I was told Id have to go without the implant for at least a week to send it back. As a public speaker, coach, and business owner, thats simply not an option for me. So now, Im stuck in a difficult position. They did offer to send it back and mentioned they have better equipment in-house now, but theyd still need to ship it off.Heres my frustration: I paid top dollar for this service, and I dont think I should have to rearrange my professional life to correct their mistake. What pushed me to finally write this review was when the office manager promised to discuss the issue with the dentist and get back to me, but never followed through.Theyre a kind and friendly team, but at the end of the day, I would rather work with a less personable group that delivers on their promises and prioritizes the customer experience.
