    J & J underground utilities was sub contracted by lumos to bury the internet cable. It rained the day before approx 2 inches. The guy driving the truck pulling trailer and equipment decided to pull off the road putting massive/deep ruts in my newly seeded growing yard. I called lumos who got me in touch with a superviser for j & j. After speaking with supervisor he said they would be responsible for the damages and to send them an invoice on what the seed cost, and the company would reimburse me. After almost a month went by I have yet to hear back from the company so I reached back out. The supervisor gave me the office number and told me I needed to ask for Michelle. I called the office and spoke with Michelle. Michelle said the company was not responsible for destroying my yard due to it being close to the road and what she called the "easement". Michelle got an attitude with me and was very disrespectful. I would highly not recommend this company for anything due to their work and lack of customer service to fix the damages they did. After continuing the conversation with Michelle she proceeded to hang up on me, resolving nothing. Such a terrible way to represent a company.

    J&J underground utilities cut my fiber while installing my neighbors they acted like they couldn’t be bothered to even search for the issue. Even though my fiber went out within ten minutes of them starting to dig. Because of their carelessness I couldn’t recommend them for anything both in the commercial space or for private business.
