      Very poor service, they damaged my furniture and I called right away and the person i spoke to asked me to send them pictures and they never responded after that. I would not recommend this company for anything.

      Brazos Movers moved me on Oct 28 2023. Their movers damaged most of my furniture. The gentlemen who loaded/unloaded the furniture acknowledged responsibility and described/wrote the damages on the paperwork. (I was present for entire move and literally saw them damaging the items as it was happening.) The gentlemen indicated that I would receive a call to address the damages within 2-3 days. No one called me so I started calling them myself, seeking some sort of compensation. I was repeatedly unable to get a person to answer so left many messages. Sometimes I was able to get someone to answer but not a responsible person so asked to leave message for appropriate person to call back. I did send them about photos per their request. No resolution, called every 2-3 days....eventually I was told that per the contract, Brazos had the right to pick up my furniture & repair it.....(I was horrified to think of this company taking all my furniture at this point because could not imagine how long it would be before I would ever see it again (plus I need my furniture), also no confidence in the quality of the repair.....!) Upon reviewing the contract myself, however I saw that they did NOT have the right to take my furniture for repair as the included insurance I was eligible for (per the contract) was the equivalent of $.60 per pound. When I brought this to their attention (again many calls before able to catch someone to actually answer phone call - so time has been passing between actually two way communication), I was told that I would need to research all of my furniture, locate the manufacturer, make and model and determine the weight of each item myself. This was not acceptable to me because I has already spent MANY hours of my time just calling them/leaving messages, sending pictures and some of my items are antiques...Eventually they agreed to have a representative come out to estimate the weight. Was promised resolution in a few days. That was weeks ago.

      Company damaged rental property I moved to with 12ft scratch to floor. Also damaged some household items. Was told by movers and General Manager it would be fixed. I have the conversation recorded. They were supposed to stop by and never did and now they are not returning my phone calls. Extremely unprofessional and hopefully I don’t have to go to court to resolve.

      I sent *** a message about this and he said that he and Mr **** talked yesterday and that when *** gets back from a family emergency that he will be going to personally fix the damages.
