    After a bad experience with another company I called Garmon. I have nothing but praise for them. Their service, employees and prices are all excellent. I highly recommend this company.

    Garmon mechanical came to my house and check my air conditioning that would be shut off. They told me I needed two parts that would equal about $2000.I wanted a second opinion so I called another local HVAC company called ***** Mechanical. They informed me I would not need either of the parts Garmon said I needed. He replaced a capacitator at the cost of $234. My air conditioning has been working great for the last two weeks. After I called Garmon to cancel the order on the parts, they said I needed, I received a bill for $138.03. I explain to the receptionist when I called to cancel departs that I didnt appreciate them trying to take advantage of me, a senior citizen.Today I received an invoice for $138.03. They charge me for coming out for the call and charged for coil cleaning that I didnt even see happened. I dont know how companies like Garmon stay in business!

To temporarily restore air flow to the downstairs area, the technician manually opened the zone damper to allow for improved cooling. However, in our professional assessment, we recommended replacing the damper motor to ensure consistent and efficient performance in the long term.Additionally, ************** identified pressure irregularities within the system. Based on our expertise, we believed that replacing the expansion valve could address these issues and optimize the overall functionality of your air conditioning unit.We understand that receiving a second opinion is a prudent step, especially when facing a significant investment. We are pleased to hear that Deeck Mechanical was able to assist you and resolve the issue by replacing the capacitor. It's important to note that different HVAC professionals may have varying perspectives, and we respect the choices you made based on your specific circumstances.We apologize for any misunderstanding regarding the billing.
