    We recently got ****. Internet is pretty good for the most part. They charged me an unfair late fee. I never got the bill until it was 10 days past due. This is my first month with them. I tried to create an online account with them but was unable to without an account number. Finally got the account number and I still couldn't create an account. I tried calling them in November. Couldn't get ahold of anyone. I sent emails and it would take 2 weeks to get a response. That is if they decided to give a response. I was told yesterday when I finally got ahold of someone that they would take the late fee off and take something else off because I had a day that I didn't have service. I try to go pay today and it's still showing the late charge. I called again this morning. She is now saying that the late charge will be credited on the next payment. It was saying that the past due date was 12/9 but on the bill it's saying the bill date is 12/16. I didn't get a bill until 12/19. Also they were supposed to come back out and bury the line. It's been over a month and they have yet to come back out to do it. When I told the lady about it she said she would put the request in. It should have been put in on 11/17. They also are trying to overcharge on the installation cost as well. It was only supposed to be ****. I never got the bill for that amount neither. They finally sent someone out to bury the line. They left a huge trench in the yard and put just a little bit of dirt over the line. They are supposed to send someone back out to fix it. No one has been there yet. Unfortunately they are my only option for internet at this point of time.
