    I strongly advise against using ****** Blackburn for tax and consulting services. Her dishonest behavior and gross negligence led to *** penalties for late filing. Despite having all my information for 2.5 months and a deposit, she did nothing and lied about filing extensions for my corporate returns. After finally terminating her services due to her lack of progress and hiring a qualified CPA, I incurred late filing penalties. I verified with the *** that there were NO extensions ever filed for my businesses. I genuinely believe she sidelined me because I am a small business and a minority.

    Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are truly sorry for the error we made. We did refund 100% of your deposit of $500 to you and immediately terminated services as you requested. Hopefully, your new accountant filed an abatement for penalties as we would have done to ensure you were charged no penalties. While we admit we made a mistake we did not ignore you or not work on your return as you accused us of doing. We did not "sideline" you because you are a small business owner and minority. Over 90% of our clients are small businesses and over 75% of them are minorities. Again, we apologize for the error and wish you all the best.
