I made the mistake of Opening a new account at ********************** **** I was a victim in the ***** Fires that was caused by *********** and Electric in *******************. This happened in October of 2017, I finally got an installment on my payments. From the money owed to me from PG&E for burning down my home and everything else I ever owned in my life. The last 7 years, Have been the hardest years of my life. I deposited $66,000 into Foothills **** yesterday and I cannot touch one ***** until February 23rd. The check was drawn from **** of ********************** the nearest **** of ******* in ******* is in *******) I contacted my friends at **** of America where my house burned to the ground. They told me that check will clear in 2 days. It is written from The Fire Victims Trust. Yet, I can't touch a ***** until February 23rd, I'd literally don't have enough money to buy dog food for my dogs. I would understanding holding it for a couple of days, But they didn't even allow me any amount of money until February 23rd. The magnetic ink on the check is read by the machine you see them run it through when you go in the bank a make the deposit in person.
