      My experience with AAA was on two separate occasions. Both times, AAA abandoned me and my situation on the side of the interstate for indefinite time periods. I have had to find my own solutions, and the most recent time, I actually got a hold of the very tow company that AAA uses and succeeded where AAA failed. Waited on AAA for 3 hours. Called the tow company directly and he was there within an hour. AAA told me repeatedly that this tow company could not help.Get AAA if wasting your time has any value to you. Otherwise, this company is pretty much a useless service at this point. To think, when I was younger, AAA was the service to have. Today, I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. I have left several complaints and I have not received even an automated message from them. They have no concern for customer welfare.

      ******************** *************************************************** I have had several incounters with this business all horrible. I called AAA for service at the ******* ** ******* and this is the only company they use, I believe they get involved in local politics instead of just doing their job. They said they couldn't jump my battery left me stranded but the same day ******* came out to the parking lot and jumped my batteries. I also called AAA for service on another instance and they said there was no problem with my batteries and towed me to a dealership where I was told it was my batteries. I was stranded without Transportation for 6 weeks. I would never trust them they work when they want to because they feel AAA will protect them. I payed for services I didn't get.
