"Safety issues if you read nothing else about this complaint. The lead [*****] just says we are riding straight up photo area back down We rode up very steep No issues great photos up their to **** ***** naps before we head down we,re told we,ll be walking the steepest part Unless health issues We ask about our cinches before we get on HE SAYS IF THEY DONT TURN WHEN YOU GET ON THERE FINE HE WALKS OFF LEADING There are issues saddles moving up the horses necks one horses saddle clear off the side rider was injured badly We were so scattered only two knew last person had trouble they helped her The rest of us were just trying to keep our footing leading the horses THEN AT THE BOTTOM BEFORE HE EVEN KNOWS THERE WAS AN ISSUE HE CHECKS CINCHES AND REARRANGES SADDLES [AT THE BOTTOM] the injured cannot put weight on leg ***** WANTS HER TO RIDE REST OF TRIP AND JUST REST AT CAMPS SAID TO VAC OUT IS $30K TURNS OUT ITS FREE Finally WE ARGUED The next day ***** got a wrangler to lead us out to ******* Required surgery [**** the wrangler He checked on rider constantly." ...
