Our insurance prohibits pregnant womenfrom riding horseback.
DEPOSITS
A deposit is required tomake and hold a reservation. Each trip has its own deposit amount. Please seethe trip description page for the deposit amount.
The balance on your accountis due 2 weeks prior to your trip for a summer wilderness pack trip vacationand 2 months for a wilderness fair chase hunt.
We accept cash, money orders,traveler’s checks and personal checks. Credit Cards are accepted. Please seerates for the trip you are registering for posted on the trip description page.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposits are non-refundable.The space is held for you and this means turning others away. Deposits aretransferable if you have someone else to take your place, we will do our bestto assist in finding a replacement. Cancellations that occur beyond your controland with verification, arrangements may be made to credit the deposit to a tripthe same year, if space is available, or the following year, if space isavailable. Additional charges may apply due to price increases. We want you toenjoy your experience with us, we will do our best to work with you to find areplacement or transfer your trip to the next year if space is available.
We recommend youpurchase Travel Insurance in the event you must cancel.
Our ProfessionalOrganization, Montana Outfitter and Guides Association (MOGA) is offering atravel insurance program through a partnership with Global Rescue that canreimburse you for up to 100 percent of a cancelled trip’s cost.
This is the preferred tripinsurer of Safari Club International and an important benefitavailable to us as MOGA members.

REFUND POLICY
The money paid after thedeposit will only be refunded if Bob Marshall Wilderness Outfitters cancels thetrip.
