We follow their warranty procedures unless a product that we sold and installed is defective or fails within the first 30 days after installation then we will repair or replace the product at no charge to the customer. If the failure is after 30 days we will repair or replace as per the manufacturer's policy on the product and any labor charges are the responsibility of the customer.
