  This apartment complex has been allowed to decay and become a dangerous building. Third party mold test results state 16 toxic molds, and they have yet to address the issue. They have pictures posted on their website and other places on the internet that are from 1974, when the building was built. The building does not look that way today, and the pictures shown on ****************************, a.k.a. ********************************** is actually the apartment complex across the street.The Marias Manor's lobby is dusty, spittle on the mirrors and dog pee on the front sliding door. The ceiling in the common hallway at one end actually fell out. The building suffers from long term deferred maintenance and they have yet to address the moisture problem throughout the buildings.There are cracks in load-bearing walls and ceilings that they have not repaired. They just recently, March 14, 2024 purchased new hot water tanks as there was no hot water to speak of for over two years or more.There is a ventilation problem in the building and mold is behind the walls and in the ceiling. You can see a black substance where the ceiling meets the walls. The toilets become an orange, white and black color under the rim and in the tank. The property manager claims this is mineral build up, but testing shows it is mold.The windows do not longer sit right in their frames because of the settling of the building and they are unwilling to replace them. Carpeting in some apartments, the carpets are rolling and a tripping hazard. It is a HUD 202/811 building and they are to provide services for the elderly and do not.If you are thinking about ************, ask for the mold test results. Ask if they have had any leaks in the past year. Ask for the repairs that have been done on the apartment you might rent. By law, they must provide you with this information. The mold disclosure is not the information you want. They have the testing results from the ****************

  We take health and safety issues very seriously and have already had testing completed to ensure the units/building are safe and habitable.  We are happy to discuss the report findings with this resident if she contacts our corporate office.    

  This property is inspected annually by state agency personnel and was rated above average for physical condition during the last inspection.  Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaint.

  Dont rent from ******* she is a horrible manager she is a snake and not afraid to bully lie and falsify documents she is racist and should not be managing any business or property if I could give zero stars I would ** my life has been horrible since moving into my apartment
