    When my elderly dad was ready to move on to *************, we sold his house to ************************* at Billings Home Buyers.Since I don't live near Billings, there were several old maintence issues that ***** was happy to take on "as is". So we didn't have to deal with the messes, we just let them go with the house. Which eased the burden of moving my dad.The sale was fast and fair, and was closed more than a week ahead of schedule. There were not any issues and no headaches, even though we were more than ***** miles away by closing time.If you need to sell a house quickly and want out without any headaches just call *****. He makes the job very easy for the seller.

    I would highly recommend ************************* to anyone selling their home. He made the process so fast and easy it seemed to good to be true. He gave me a fair and honest price on my home and covered all of the closing costs. While other potential buyers did their best to undercut the value, ***** started with a fair market value we took that day. Less than 2 weeks we closed. It was an awesome experience . Thank you *****!! **************
