My experience leasing an apartment at *31363534363932303535* Point, ********, **, 2022-2023. Upon moving into the unit there was a walk through inspection. I *31373337353738333839*d out that there was exposed carpet nails, carpet was wet from drying cleaning, a big chip missing from bathroom trim and that the towel rack was about to fall off. They came and fixed the exposed carpet nails and towel rack. *31363534363932303535* Point has a huge problem with their fire alarm system. It goes off throughout the buildings day and night. At ****, a cold November morning, the alarm went off and the tenants in the * building were standing outside in the freezing cold. The alarms are extremely loud and vibrate through your whole body which causes headaches and pets to go crazy. I moved out in Dec 2023 and the problem was not fixed. The management does not adhere to their entry policy. They do expect to enter your unit when they see fit and do. They also advertise that they have bike racks available for use. I went looking for them and called the office. The staff member help me look for 30 min. She had to go and check with maintenance. There was no bike racks. You do not have any place to store your bike. This is problematic if you live on 3rd floor. Recommendations was to rent storage unit or buy one and pay contractors to install after corporate approves. At move out inspection, they took pictures of anything that could prove that you left the unit in unlivable conditions. They also pulled back the carpet to show any stains on the backside. The carpet had no visible stains until you flipped it over. This procedure was not done at move-in inspection.*31363534363932303535* Point took my deposit and charge me another $1023.65 to replace the carpet. It is unbelievable how they treat you. They throw around the word corporate a lot like it is a bat. I do not recommend leasing from this company. If you have experienced this please contact me.
