- Upon request Birddog Distributing, Inc. will issue an RMA number to customers. Return authorizations will expire after 30 calendar days and any returned package received after the 30-day period will be refused.
Products damaged by neglect, abuse, or that are otherwise exposed to extreme conditions will not be covered by our warranty.
If your product arrives damaged or defective or is found to be defective within the first 30 days of normal use, a replacement or refund will be given at the discretion of Birddog Distributing, Inc.
