    I took my vehicle there for a rebuilt transmission in March. Was told it would be 2-3 weeks tops and $3000. Was required to pay half that day, and I did. Over 2 months passed and they had not even started working on it. From July to August, after calling weekly, was given multiple excuses from wrong part ordered, to part not fitting, to part broke while putting it on, and so on. Finally, they called me to tell me it was ready to pick it up. I drove off and it was doing the same thing it was doing when I dropped it off. Left it back with them for another month. I decided to just pick my vehicle up and go somewhere else. Took it right to a 2nd shop who told me the whole thing needed to be rebuilt. I told them I had supposedly just got it rebuilt. He said all the work needed to be done and it was gonna cost $3000. Paid half that day and 2 weeks later was called to pick up vehicle. Runs just like I just drove it off the lot. After a shop having a vehicle over 8 times the amount of time it should normally take and after being told to pick a vechile up with the same problems in place, I was in fear that the business would cause further harm. I feel like the owner knew it wasn't fixed, but by having me pick it up, that put the remainder of the balance in his hands. So he was paid in full for work not completed
