    I am writing to report my experience with Gateway Tire in Starkville, MS. Today, I received racism from this establishment, which is the third time I have experienced such treatment. As a black man, I have noticed that blacks are treated horribly at this location. Furthermore, I would like to bring to your attention the fact that Gateway Tire in Starkville, MS, does not offer competitive prices to their black customers. In fact, I was recently charged an upcharge for a tire, which I later found out was available for half the price at another Gateway Tire location. To make matters worse, Mr. *****, the manager, was extremely rude and unhelpful when I asked him to fix a lug that was broken off my truck. He refused to take responsibility for the damage and did not offer any assistance in resolving the issue. It is disheartening to see a business treat its customers with such disrespect and lack of professionalism. As a consumer, I expect to be treated with fairness and integrity, regardless of my race or gender. I hope that you will take appropriate action to investigate this matter and ensure that Gateway Tire in Starkville, MS, upholds the highest standards of customer service.
