    Placed order on good ol Cyber Monday. Per the confirmation email order would arrive by approx Dec 2nd. Reached out via their website to online chat inquiring when I can expect to receive my order. Still to this day I haven't received a response from "*****". So I responded to the confirmation email for my order to be told that they had 2000+ orders placed and would hopefully be updated by Wednesday. This is absolutely ridiculous as I have placed orders with other companies AFTER cyber Monday and received my packages already. Small business or not this is a complete fail on the company. Either hire more people during this season to help get orders out asap or don't sell your product online! Looks as though from another unhappy customer it's not just something that happens during the holidays. Will not order from or recommend this company to anyone!
