    ****** was our representative and his customer service and attentive demeanor was nothing short of AMAZING. He handled everything over the phone for me, as Im out of state, to bond my brother out in ********. He assured me that everything would be handled in a timely and professional manner. He frequently checked in on us to make sure we knew of any changes with the court date. After the case was dismissed, he handled the paperwork in an expedient and efficient manner to ensure that the collateral amount was immediately refunded.
