    The staff here are very friendly. They had to replace the entire roof on my Jayco RV. I had asked to not have anything put back on the top of my RV that was not necessary. It did take about 3 months to complete the roof. When I got my RV back they had put an antenna box back on the roof, that connects to nothing. A solar box that goes to nothing. This was a problem because I did not want any extra holed in the roof that could possibly leak. I was told that I should have been more specific. The window above the cab did not leak but when I got the RV back it leaked. Their only solution was to seal the entire window which would make it no able to use. I explained the window wasn't leaking when the got the RV and I was told if I didn't want to have it sealed shut, I could come get it. I did and my son looked at the window and the seal on the window had slid down. My son pulled it back in place and the leak is now fixed. I was very disappointed with fiberglass/lamination work. I did not understand they can not do lamination and expected the RV to not have the wrinkles still there and some worse when they were done with the job.
