"The company IRBY is installing underground wires in the location of Panola Rd, Lithonia Ga where my daycare business is located. IRBY construction workers destroyed my advertisement signs when they dug underground where my signs were big big signs were standing in order for them to run the wires and they knocked my signs down to run the wires this has really caused a big decrease in my enrollment do to the heavy flow of traffic on Panola Rd people don't see that my business exist ." ...
