    I'm filing this complaint regarding -Street Toyz Customs. Which is falsely representing its business practices and location and engaging in unethical and potentially fraudulent behavior. I brought my vehicle to this shop after the insurance company approved and released payment for necessary repairs. The owner accepted the insurance funds, but to the date, as failed to complete the work. My vehicle remains unrepaired, and I've received no legitimate explanation or timeline despite multiple attempts to contact the business. More concerning, I discovered that the address publicly listed for this business is not where my any vehicle work is actually performed. Learned that all body work is done a separate undisclosed location. Neither employee employed at this location has no certification two illegal immigrants' workers as well. These workers are operating under the direction of the owner without any visible oversight or verification of professional credentials. This situation constitutes misrepresentation, possible insurance fraud and serious consumer deception.
