"They DO NOT process your application with correct name (used reference name instead of applicant name), took 2 hours to correct that information and then would not accept temporary drivers license (has photo and all the license information with expiration date of dob in 2031) even though the trailer salesperson had the license in her hand and applicant sitting in front of her and she verified to the C3 Rentals representative that the identity of the applicant was correct!
