    ****** **** owner of Revamped Home solutions is dishonest, rude, has limited knowledge of remodeling houses, cut corners and charged ridiculous amount. My floor is uneven. He said his floor guy ***** can level it and make it flat with leveler.Nicky complaint its not possible because it will take too long and cost too much. He only end up doing the leveler at a few spot because he has too many customers waiting for him. Told ****** about it. He came and inspect it and agreed the floor is not level.***** reluctantly add a little more leveler and still the floor is uneven. Texted ******** supervisor ****** with ****** ******* construction. ****** texted back with lies told by ****** saying I demand the self leveler to be poured up the wall to make the foundation level and that I insult the floor guy. My text said i dont want ripple and bumps which **** created which was worse than original floor. I texted ****** and copied ****** that I did not insult the floor guy and I knew ****** lied to ****** and im more than happy to justify that. ****** went silent. All he wanted was his 28k for the defective floor like most shady construction workers who put a bad name for the job. ****** came after floor is done and still defective and got another floor crew to correct it. THe new floor crew said ***** crew just too lazy to get the floor done right. The whole process took over one whole year to correct. Its not perfect but better than when ***** and ****** did it which took him less than 3 days to do the floor with leveler. ****** was also incompetent in other work. He got the wrong windows. He said my ceiling cannot be elevated more and I have to live with it. ****** came and said he can do it and he did. More examples of ****** opening his mouth too soon. ****** said I can ordered the floor from any company and then he went ahead to order it without my consent and told me its too late to change my mind and the floor is non refundable. Another lie. ************ is fraud!
