Reasonable prices, very efficient and extremely friendly crew. Everyone, including the receptionist, was incredibly helpful knowing I was not familiar with this process. They were able to amazingly fit me in the day after I called during their busy season, which I appreciated so much. I had used this company before in 2019 to have (8) windows rescreened. So I called today, 1/6/2023 to schedule an appointment to have my remaining (6) windows rescreened. The receptionist stated the minimum cost is $200 for a service call with a $30 charge per window. 6 windows x $30 = $180 without tax. The receptionist proceeded to explain that the company will rescreen my windows but the charge will be $200 for six windows instead of $200 because the minimum is $200. I then explained to her that the company will be taking $20 of my money and I cannot afford to simply give my money away to meet a minimum charge. What is going on here? I asked her what the company will do with that extra $20 that she expects me to willingly give to them and to my amazement she had the audacity to try to answer that question. When I heard her say something about having two men on the truck I could not take it anymore. She continued to attempt to justify taking $20 dollars from me. I must say this is one of the craziest conversations I have ever engaged in for 10 minutes.
